Questions.
- What does it cost?
- There’s a free plan for up to 5 students. Solo (up to 20) and Studio (50, more on request) also give Pro to students who don’t already subscribe; prices are in the coach portal. Founding coaches get a year of Studio free. Your students never pay to join a class.
- Can my students be under 18?
- Not yet. Classes are for students 18 and over for now, and the app turns away a younger student who tries to join. Tell us if you teach teens; it’s the most-asked question, and it shapes what we build next.
- What can I see, and what stays private?
- You see who is in your class, what they post to it, and how many have posted each assignment. You don’t see their private practice takes, their messages, or how long they spent in the app.
- How long does Pro last for my students?
- Until the end of your class’s term, which can be up to 16 weeks and can be extended. If you cancel your plan, students keep Pro until the term they were promised ends. Students who already subscribe to Pro keep their own subscription; the class doesn’t pause or refund it.
- Do my students need an iPhone or iPad?
- Yes. Act It Up is on iOS for now. You run the class from the coach portal in any web browser.
